This is where I put my preloved items & spankin' new items which hadn't been receiving as much love as they deserve up on sale in hopes of finding a new loving home for them. Each of them are in good to excellent condition unless otherwise stated (please refer to the prelove-o-meter on the right in any case). Each of them has been well loved & well stored in a zip-lock bag or dry box. Holla if you're residing in Singapore. Books are for swaps > sale, so trades for books are more than welcomed! ❤︎

HOW DO I ORDER OR SWAP?

  • You can place your orders or request for trades via this form.
  • For trades, please provide the description, condition & links to photos of your items if possible.
  • Trades will only be carried out via meet ups at the moment.

HOW DO I PAY?

  • Modes of payment:
    • [SINGAPORE] Cash on Collection
      - Cash payment will only be accepted in exact amount in SGD.
      - Mutilated notes or coins will not be accepted.
    • [SINGAPORE] iBanking / Bank Transfer
      - Payment is to be made within 24 hours upon confirmation & issue of the order invoice.
      - You are required to send the transaction number or take a clear photograph of your transaction receipt for verification.
      - Failure to do so will result in the transaction being declared null and void.
    • [INTERNATIONAL] Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal
      - Payment is to be made within 24 hours upon confirmation & issue of the order invoice.
      - Additional PayPal fees will be borne by you.
  • It is your responsibility to provide relevant details required for us to process the order. We will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect / insufficient payment details provided.

HOW DO I GET MY STUFF?

  • Modes of delivery:

      - Pick-up point: Bedok / Eunos, Singapore. Exact location will be disclosed upon confirmation & issue of the order invoice.
      - Only select this option if you are able to collect your item(s) from the pick-up point within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.
    • [SINGAPORE] Regular Postage
      - From $1.50. Additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred depending on the size & weight of the package.
      - Delivery will take up to 6 working days.
      - NOT trackable.
      - We will not be held liable for any lost packages / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for regular postage.
    • [SINGAPORE] Registered Postage
      - From $3.50. Additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred depending on the size & weight of the package.
      - Delivery will take up to 6 working days.
      - Trackable.
      - Signature will be required upon delivery.
    • [SINGAPORE] Next Day Delivery 👍 Highly Recommended 👍
      - $5 for up to 3 items. This option is not available for items marked as bulky or fragile, as indicated in the description of the items.
      - Delivery will be carried out on the next working day.
      - Trackable.
      - Signature will be required upon delivery.
      - Package will be deposited into customer's letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt to doorstep.
    • [INTERNATIONAL] Registered Surface Mail
      - From $5. Additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred depending on your location & the size & weight of the package.
      - Delivery will take up to 17 weeks, depending on your location.
      - Trackable.
      - Signature will be required upon delivery.
    • [INTERNATIONAL] Registered Air Mail
      - From $10. Additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred depending on your location, size & weight of the package.
      - Delivery will take up to 12 working days, depending on your location.
      - Trackable.
      - Signature will be required upon delivery.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days upon verification of payment.
  • Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).
  • As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email confirmation. Make sure you check your friend/foe filters on your email so that swop[at]rrrrrai.com doesn't end up in the land of spam.
  • If you're ordering from overseas, please note that for some countries, charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur at your own expense.
  • Should we receive any bounced parcels bearing your name, you'll be contacted via email.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by you.
  • Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as our property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

THE ITEM I WANT HAS BEEN RESERVED! CAN I STILL GET IT?

  • You can place your orders on reserved items.
  • Reserved items are items that are pending for payment or collection.
  • Items will be put on hold for up to 24 hours until payment has been made and will only be marked as "sold" after payment has been made.
  • In the event of multiple buyers for an item, bidding may occur. Priority goes to the highest bidder who is able to make payment within the stipulated timeframe.

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Cancellations can be made as long as your order has not been confirmed.
  • Offer acceptance on Carousell = Confirmation of order.
  • Request for cancellation of order will be declined after confirmation or if any form of payment has been made.
  • All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
  • If you go M.I.A. or bail out after confirmation, be prepared to get your sorry a$$ up on the wall of shame or a negative review on Carousell.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • Refunds are only applicable to preorders and will be made if items are out of stock.
  • All sales are final. All items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for checking the condition of the item(s) at the time of purchase.
  • All defects of each item are stated in the description.
  • Additional or close-up photographs may be provided upon request.
  • We are not responsible for the condition of the item once it has been sold.
